Anahata Retreats in Mullumbimby
Anahata Retreats is situated in a lush bush setting beside a bend in the river and it offers gorgeous facilities for retreats near beautiful Mullumbimby. In natural surrounds, you can restore and nourish your mind, body and spirit in a small group setting.
A Unique Retreat Experience
In Phil and Rhonda’s personal development group your 3 days on retreat at Anahata will explore a pathway to a new sense of self and you will have the opportunity to discover what your unmet needs are. In being deeply met and invited to meet yourself, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the nature of your own healing at your own pace. These retreats are held in February – March each year.
These workshops are a chance to:
- Restore – your body and spirit in beautiful surroundings and delicious food
- Recover – in being deeply met at where you are so you get a clear sense of what you need to heal and to replenish
- Re-energise – connecting with others, sharing a journey and reaffirming your strengths.
The Beauty of Mullumbimby
Anahata is home to its own private waterhole complete with platypus, turtles, many water birds and butterflies. A Balinese pavilion next to running water is an ideal space for yoga, meditation or relaxation. There are plenty of private places to sit and reflect, on a rock by the stream, by a hidden waterfall, go for a walk on rolling lawns dotted with fruit and nut trees or for a swim in the beautiful lake.
This location is just 15 minutes from Mullumbimby, 25 minutes from Byron Bay and 2 hours from Brisbane airport. Coolangatta and Ballina airports are just 45 minutes away. Airport transfers can be arranged.
Anahata is the Sanskrit name for the heart chakra. It is associated with balance, calmness and serenity.
On the psychic level, this centre of force inspires human beings to be calm, to love, be compassionate with self and others, be expansive, realise and integrate and accept things that happen in a divine way.
